OU Woman's Golf Earns NCAA Championship

OU led 7-3 headed to the bottom of the ninth, which saw the Horned Frogs (29-13) load the bases, but freshman Jordan John battled out of the jam. Erik Ross tacked on an RBI single in the sixth inning and Evan Mistich, who went 3-for-4 added an RBI single in the eighth.OU joins 23 teams in the regional, including top-ranked USC and seven top-25 teams. The Sooners are seeded 10th.Iowa State and Texas A&M also will represent the Big 12 Conference in the region.
